ARTICLE III – BOARD OF DIRECTORS

    1. No single capital expenditures shall be made by the Board of Directors in excess of
      $7,000.00 in any year unless approved by a vote of a majority of Members present in person or by proxy at the General Membership Meeting or any special meeting called for that purpose.
  • No single capital expenditures shall be made by the Board of Directors in excess of $25,000.00 in any year unless approved by a vote of a majority of Members present in person or by proxy at the General Membership Meeting or any special meeting called for that purpose.

    1. GENERAL RULES
      1. The staff (guards and managers) are the final authority on permitted or prohibited actions. They are charged with enforcing the rules. To do so, they are authorized to deny use of the pool and/or grounds to anyone violating the rules.
  • Three Strikes Your Out: If a child is misbehaving there will be three steps of discipline.
              • Three Strikes & You’re Out: If there is a pattern of consistent issues with any given member there will be repercussions and action will be taken.
  • First Offense the child will be seated on a bench outside the office or next to a guard chair for a period not to exceed ½ hour.
              • the member will be verbally warned by a guard, manager or board member and the offense will be noted in Member Splash Account.
  • Second Offense in the same day the child again will be seated outside the office and the staff will inform the parent of the problem.
              • the member will be asked to leave for the duration of the pool day. Second offense will be notated in account as well. 
  • Third Offense in the same day the child will be asked to leave the pool grounds, parents will be called to pick the child up, and a report will be sent to the Board of Directors.
              • The board will have a meeting about the member in question to decide appropriate consequences.

    1. ADMISSION TO THE POOL
      1. MEMBERS and their families are required to have their key fobs scanned each time they visit the pool or provide a picture id.
        • Members are required to check in with gate guard and be verified with a photo ID. Photo identifications may be uploaded to Member Splash (preferred) or shown to gate guard during check-in. Failure to show a photo ID will mean the member will not be allowed to enter the pool.
    1. GUEST must be accompanied by a pool member in good standing.  A guard will enter the member’s name and Bond number along with the guest’s name in the appropriate register when entering the pool area
      1. GUEST POLICY:
  •       Guests are welcomed when accompanied by a member.
  •       Members are responsible for guest actions and behaviors and ensure that their guests have read and understand our pool rules.
  •       Groups of 20 or more must be scheduled in advance with the pool manager.

Members may bring in 20 guests with no prior notification.  Any member bringing 20+ guests, whether with a pavilion reservation or not, must obtain prior approval from the pool manager at least 5 days in advance, complete a reservation form and is subject to a $50 guard fee per 25 guests

    1. GUEST POLICY:
  •       Guests are welcomed when accompanied by a member. They are not allowed to remain on pool property if member leaves.
  •       Members are responsible for guest actions and behaviors and ensure that their guests have read and understand our pool rules.
  •       Groups of 15 or more must be scheduled in advance with pool activities.

Any member bringing 15+ guests**, whether with a pavilion reservation or not, must obtain prior approval from the pool manager at least 5 days in advance, complete a reservation form and is subject to a $50 guard fee per 25 guests. 

**there will be a limit to 5 times a season where 15+ guests are permitted. 

  • Guest fees will increase from $8 to $10 for a full day and $5 to $6 after 5pm
